According to Ministry of Commerce’s silk price supervision system, supply price for machine-reeled raw silk 5A exports has rose by 29300yuan to reach 293200 yuan per ton on Feb. 24 against 287200 yuan per ton for the previous week- end. The growth rate is 2.09 per cent.

Supply price of machine-reeled raw silk 5A for domestic market has rose by 22600 yuan per ton to reach 307400 yuan per ton on Feb. 24 against 284800 yuan per ton for the previous week-end. The growth rate is 7.94%.

Dried cocoon price for domestic sale has rose by 5000 yuan to reach 69800 yuan per ton on Feb. 24 against 64800 yuan per ton for the previous week. The growth rate is 7.72 per cent.
