According to statistics from local agricultural sector, Jiaxing distributed nearly 300,000 boxes of middle autumn silkworm eggs last week.

The death of silkworm larvae has resulted in a great loss of income for local silkworm farmers. Some of them have to turn to late autumn silkworm rearing.
