The statement said the employees are in a most pitiable condition. The MD Silk Factory has knocked the doors of ministers but to no avail. 揟he association has approached the authorities but they have not come to our rescue,?the statement said.

The statement said that the government has taken away 660 kanals of land from different units of JK Industries without giving compensation to it. 揌ad the government given the compensation the units would have run smoothly and all the liabilities on account of salary, DA, and CPF would have been cleared,?the statement said.
Earlier also the employees in different units of JK Industries have raised the issue of pending salaries with the authorities. The government is talking of some revival measure for various units of the JKI but so far nothing concrete has come up,?the employees said.
While urging the government to provide budgetary support to the various units of JKI enabling the units to release salary of the employees, the association has called for compensation for the land which has been taken away by the government.

The employees said that their children have been expelled from the schools because they could not provide the fee. We also want our children to read in good schools but when we do not have money how can they get good education,?the employees said.
