of Zhejiang Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (ZIQ)
Ladies and Gentlemen:
I am from a specific inspection center for raw silk and other textiles under China Zhejiang Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (CIQ). First please allow me to give a brief introduction to the ZIQ-SIC.
Zhejiang Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau is a professional inspection entity authorized by the National Quality Inspection Bureau for silk commodities inspection. We are the largest inspection center in terms of size and technical power in the entire CIQ system and even in the whole country. We’ve established a complete and perfect inspection & management mechanism with powerful inspection technology. In China, approximately 1/3 of the raw silk and silk products are inspected through us before exported to the rest of the world. I appreciate the fact that the world market especially numerous clients in Europe, India, Korea, Pakistan, Japan and Iran grant our certificates. There are many international raw silk dealers designate us to be the inspector. ZIQ-SIC lawfully and independently conducts inspections on raw silk and other raw materials for textiles. The result of the inspection center is immune from the affections and interference of trading, administrative or other factors. We do not involve in any activities that might affect the independence of our judgment or the completeness of our tests so as to ensure the impartiality and objectiveness of the results and maintain the legal rights of our clients. The inspection service provided by us is justified, accurate and objective.
In order to support the normalized transaction of China Cocoon & Silk Exchange, we will establish specific inspection office in China Cocoon & Silk Exchange and dispatch professional technicians to conduct the inspection to raw silk. We will, according to the relevant standard, provide the national and international raw silk buyers and dealers with justified raw silk certificates. We are looking forward to the national and international raw silk purchasers to visit the exchange. We will provide scientific and justified inspection service as we’ve always been so as to maximize the profits of both sides of the transactions.
