Subject: Regarding applying for loans
Autumn cocoon purchase work has finished. To alleviate problems faced by silk enterprises in seeking capital and guarantee, the company is partnering with relative banks to jointly offer loans totaling to 0.1 billion yuan. All applicants are advised to process loans in time until the amount is exhausted. Members and executive establishments of the Exchange shall have the right of priority to get loans under same conditions.
