China to sell raw silk stockpiles in a public bid to silk producing, processing and trade companies next month to ensure the quality safety of the national raw silk reserves. According to China Cocoon and Silk Coordination Office yesterday, the state will sell raw silk totaling 971 tons from its 2011 reserves. The tender offers will rank from from high to low.
Meantime , the state will buy raw silk totaling 1500 tons which is produced after Sept. 2014. The tender offers will rank from low to high.
