Tongxiang Jiapeng Textile Co., Ltd., located in the beautiful Hangzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou Plain, faces 320 National Road by the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, 148 kilometers away from Shanghai, 48 kilometers away from Hangzhou, with Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo High way passing through the region. Thus, it has a superior location with convenient traffic. 

 

Its former company Tongxiang Zhicun Wool Sweater Factory built in 1992, transformed into Tongxiang Jiapeng Knitting Co., Ltd. in March 2003, and finally became Tongxiang Jiapeng Textile Co., Ltd. in 2006. The company covers about 10000 square meters of land area and currently has about 9500 square meters of plant area with more than 100 employees. In 2006, the company purchased 36 rapier weaving machines from a state-owned enterprise of Shanghai, and in 2016 it continued introducing 32 R9500 rapier weaving machines from Italy, equipped with main production machines for front winding, twistless doubling, two-for-one twisting, warping and so on. The company mainly produces silk fabrics in many categories, such as spinning, twill, satin, crepe, which are sold well in domestic market.
