Tongxiang Wufeng Silk Weaving Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specialized in silk fabrics and high-end home textile production. The company attaches importance on customers’ demand and good reputation. In order to guarantee products’ high quality, it always takes the road of scientific management, rich experience, and advanced technology with the idea of“focusing on details”.
The company was established in March 2000 with registered capital of 3 million yuan. For more than 10 years, it has focused on the main business of "Silk Fabric Deep Processing" and realized great development by expanding industrial chain. In 2010, because of the country’s policy of “ moving mulberry base from east to west”, it seized the opportunity and established Mengshan County Wufeng Silk Co., Ltd. in Mengshan County, Guangxi with registered capital of 20 million yuan, Jiafeng Sericulture Cooperative to guarantee stable resource of raw material supply, and production bases. At present, the company’s total assets has reached 99.0267 million yuan. And also, with about 23 thousand square meters of building area, it has 220 employees, 100 advanced rapier weaving machines, and more than 100 related machines for front preparation. It produces various silk fabrics (5 categories：habotai, twill, CDC, crepe satin, stretch fabrics). Concentrating on developing new products for so many years, the company has owned 800 categories of fabrics, which makes it domestic leading place. Every year, it produces approximately 5 hundred meters of silk fabrics with annual sales of 310 million yuan. Its products are sold well in domestic market and also exported to North America, West Europe and Southeast Asia.
The company attaches great importance to technological innovation and research and development. It has built up an enterprise technology center and a research and development center, and has 32 professional and technical personnel. Meanwhile, it has established a long-term relationship with Zhejiang Sci-Tech University for industry- university-research cooperation. Its self-developed product “Sibao Stretch Georgette” and other new products were included in the New Product Trial Production Plan by Zhejiang Science and Technology Department, and "Tencel Jacquard Silk" and other products obtained a number of national invention patents. It has already passed the ISO9000 international quality management system certification in 2001，Environmental Management System Certification in 2011, and Level 3 Enterprise of Safety Production Standardization in 2012. So far, the company has got many titles, such as Zhejiang Science and Technology SMEs, Tongxiang Enterprise High-tech Research and Development Center, Tongxiang Science and Technology SMEs, and Scientific Development Award.
