Zibo Daranfang Silk Group, producing a whole variety of silk fabrics and ranking top one for its silk fabric output in the country, is the nation’s only silk production enterprise with the most complete industry chain including silk reeling, silk weaving, scouring, printing, dyeing (including bobbin dyeing and continuous pad dyeing), home textile manufacturing, silk artifact production and domestic and foreign trade. It is a leading enterprise in the production of wide silk home textile fabrics, and also the largest silk printing, dyeing and production enterprise on scale and capacity in the north of the Yangtze River.
The Group’s registered trademark- NOBBY SERINDA has been recognized as Shandong Time-Honored Brand, its products has got the titles of Shandong Famous Brand and the Provincial top ten tourism products, and the registered trademark- QIYUE is its exclusive trademark for its E-commerce on-line platform. The Group has 9 holding and share holding companies and 7 production and operation business divisions with more than 1600 employees. Also it has respectively established a raw material production base for silk reeling and a silk weaving enterprise in Shanglin County, Nanning City and Mengshan County, Wuzhou City in Guangxi. In 2019, it successfully registered Daranfang Co., Ltd. with the trademark of Paisilk and Paikids in Australia, linking overseas markets.
The Group has 1500 various production equipment, including over 300 international-advanced Italy Somet Rapier Looms, within which there are 28 E-width large jacquard looms. Its annual production capacity of silk fabric is 16 million meters, in which 1 million meters are wide jacquard silk home textile fabrics, 8 million meters are mulberry silk fabrics, with about 800 tons of annual raw silk use. In addition, it produces 350 tons of raw silk, and 800 tons of colored raw silk every year. Meanwhile, its scouring volume of silk fabrics is 20 million meters per year, dyeing volume is 33 million meters, and printing volume is 6 million meters. And also it produces varieties of home textile, garment and cultural creative products reaching 2 million sets per year.
As a National Manufacturing Single-Champion Demonstration Enterprise and a National High-tech Enterprise, the Group is the only cocoon and silk production enterprise that has national technology center, provincial industrial design center, national textile industry industrial design center in Shandong Province. Moreover, it has been approved of Zibo City's sixth batch of engineering laboratories (research centers), has co-established Zibo City’s silk eco-dyeing and finishing technology engineering research center with Tianjin Polytechnic University, and has co-established New-type Fiber Function Research Center. Furthermore, it was granted ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS18001, OeKo-Tex Standard 100, GOTS, BSCI, FSC, and other certifications.
