The company has introduced the world’s top DORNIER (Germany) wide rapier looms equipped with 2 STAUBLI (France) -12888 hooks jacquard machines, SMIT GS9000 wide rapier looms with 16 GROSSE jacquard machines and others, and 24 VAMATEX (Italy) Silver 501 multi-arm rapier looms equipped with 39 various Chinese machines for silk winding, twisting, etc., realizing the annual output of 1.6 million meters of high-end silk fabrics.
At present, the company has 70 employees - 15 for R&D and technical management, 4 has senior titles. In addition, it has built up a management team for product R&D and production and implemented 5S management inside the company to ensure products’ high quality and good service to customers. With the GOTS certificate obtained in 2020, about 70% of its products are exported to Italy, France, British, Switzerland and other countries, and the rest supplies to domestic brand apparel enterprises.
As the undertaking unit of silk fabric design department of Cathaya Group’s Corporate Design Institute, the company always adheres to the idea of heritage and innovation. Meanwhile, it has co-built the National Engineering Laboratory for Modern Silk - Digital Weaving Engineering Laboratory with Soochow University. In the recent three years, it has developed over 600 varieties of differential and novel high-quality silk fabric including CDC, crepe satin, twill, etc., and also the other series as follows:

The company has undertaken and completed 1 sub-project of the National Science and Technology Support Program, 5 projects of the Innovation Plan of the Provincial Science and Technology Department, 2 projects of the National Cocoon & Silk Development Fund, etc. Moreover，it has obtained 2 invention patents, declared 1 invention patent and 1 Patent for Utility Model. Through the innovative development of the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the company are striving to become the demonstration not only for the innovation and R&D of novel silk fabrics in the industry, but also the high-quality fabric production.
