Luzhai Guisheng Cocoon and Silk Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. was established in the industrial park of Luzhai County, Liuzhou City, Guangxi in June, 2001 with registered capital of 10 million yuan. As a modern silk reeling company, it has 21 sets of silk reeling production lines and about 700 employees, among which over 450 have more than 3 years’ technical working experience. “Guisheng” raw silk as its main product was recognized as Guangxi Famous Brand, which has several specifications-20/22, 30/33, 40/44 and has reached Grade 4A-5A of its quality level. Every year, the company can produce 800 tons of raw silk with output value over 350 million yuan.
With the principle of “surviving by quality, developing by technology”, the company attaches importance to the construction of talents team on science and technology and the introduction of new technologies and advanced equipment. Meanwhile，it cooperated with research institutions and academies to innovate new technologies and key equipment, realizing the improvement on technology automation, digitization, and intelligence and got 7 invention patents. Thus, the company got many titles of technology demonstration base. And in 2017, it was recognized as National High-Tech Enterprise.
Adopting the production mode of “processing enterprise + sericultural organization + silkworm raisers”, the company has built up benefit-shared mechanism that 100% raw materials are collected from the peasants, covering 3000 hectares of sericulture base and more than 9500 silkworm raisers spread widely in 6 towns like Luzhai Town, Zhaisha Town, Zhongdu Town, and even Sichuan region.
What’s more, the company has passed ISO9001 quality management system, and won many honors: Liuzhou Key Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization; the Autonomous Region Key Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization; Class A taxpayer, Etc. Meanwhile, it is a Key Protected Unit of Private Economy in Luzhai County.
